Be part of the change

SALA’s vision is to live out our Christian identity as SALT and LIGHT (Matt. 5:13-16). It is more than a command, it should be our Christian DNA. Jesus said “you are.” We want to take part in the change God wants to bring in South Africa and we pray that it will have a knock on effect to the rest of Africa and the rest of the world.

Salt and Light Africa Missions is a ministry that is reliant on ministry partners to be successful. There are several ways one could be a ministry partner.

• Firstly, to intercede for us in prayer.
• Secondly, to volunteer and take part in our missions and projects.
• Thirdly, to bless us financially (once-off or continuosly).

The West Coast Outreach is our flagship project. WSD’s mission is to share the Gospel, build relationships, and community upliftment in Strandfontein, Doringbaai, and Papendorp.

Be Salt and Light

Matthew 5:13-16 ESV

¹³ “You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet.

¹⁴ “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. ¹⁵ Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. ¹⁶ In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
